Shipping policy

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS. Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate.

Local pick up is available. Pick-up crate will be available 9am-8pm. You may pick up anytime in those hours once you get your message that your items are ready to pick up. I am not responsible for stolen/damaged packages so please pick up as soon as possible after notified your order is ready for pick up. P.S. SMILE! You are on camera at pick up!

Gunner Rose Apparel is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
