FAQ’s & Information

Turn around time is 10-14 business days, unless otherwise disclosed. This does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping time is not included in this time frame. Please not this before ordering.

Custom designs require a minimum of 10 shirts purchased. For example: businesses & team apparel. I do not offer customs for just a few shirts.

I do accept design requests, however I do not copy another’s work. There is a huge difference in imitation vs. inspiration. As I am trying to move towards designing most of my own designs; I do use others’s designs which may lead to other local crafters having the same design. Making a request does not ensure design will be produced.

All ordering must be done through website. No exceptions. Afterpay is available on website for payment plans. Most major credit and debit cards accepted along with Cashapp and PayPal.

Please include ALL information for order at checkout including size, color, style and any special instructions. Missing information puts a hold on your order. Please see color charts page for color/bleach style of shirts. Please read ENTIRE website listing for items.

Sleeve detail box must be selected in order to receive the sleeve detail on your shirt order. This is an add on and items do not come ‘as pictured’ due to there being multiple pictures on each listing.

 

All questions related to your order must be sent to gunner.rose.tees@gmail.com. I will not answer messages, snapchats or texts regarding orders. Emails are answered daily. Pickup instructions are sent via email. To ensure you prompt pickup instructions it is recommended to set up an account at checkout and add e a phone number to receive text notifications. Emails often get filtered to junk folder.

 

Please be respectful in the fact I am a one person show. I do not work weekends or holidays to avoid burnout. I put more into my business than most. It is my passion, my pride & my joy! I will not make something that does not meet my expectations; however some flaws may be missed. If at anytime you receive something that is damaged or not correct please reach out so I can make it right. My family & mental health does come first. Your vibe attracts your tribe. Please don’t be hateful or rude because then I have to refuse you service and no one wants that.
